Message	I'd rather that happen if I did something stupid (hire a bad electrician, fireplace mishap, etc) then if I had absolutely nothing to do with it. It's sort of like when you drop your puppy (or kid). It sucks either way, but you're not nearly as pissed as if it was someone else that dropped the dog (or kid).
